Raises the retirement age limit for judges to 74

Raises the age by which South Carolina judges can keep working and still be part of the state's judges and solicitors retirement system, from 72 to 74. It also lets a judge who turns 72 in 2026 keep serving and earning service credit, but only until that credit reaches ten years. The change takes effect when the governor signs it and applies to members who have not turned 74 before January 1, 2027.
