Changes rules for Pee Dee Regional Airport Authority
Says the governor will appoint the authority's nine members based on recommendations from county lawmakers. Exempts the authority from stormwater fees permanently, and sends certain court fines to the airport district. Lets the airport district apply to set up foreign-trade zones in seven counties.
